Overview

The MODOROLL 190HD series features pre-engineered 190HD conveyor frames made from 12-gauge steel for superior strength and durability, with bolted frame couplers for added capacity. Its drive system uses 1.9″ diameter, 24-volt brushless rollers in each zone, supported by Poly-V belts for efficient heavy load handling up to 500 lbs.

The system is powered by MODO-LINK motor control modules, which manage speed, direction, and zero-pressure accumulation, providing seamless modular integration with limited tools required. The MODO-LINK controller adjusts to load changes dynamically, ensuring reliable performance with sensors monitoring product flow.

The system offers energy efficiency, quick installation, and enhanced safety, with optional emergency stop mechanisms and real-time monitoring for optimal performance. Frame covers are available to enclose electrical components, ensuring a clean and safe setup, while its modular design allows for flexible layouts and easy integration into various industrial applications.
