Construction
The ModoRoll MDR FLIPRAIL series features pre-engineered 190 conveyor frames made from 10-gauge steel for superior strength and durability. With adjustable roller heights and bolted frame couplers, the system provides enhanced capacity and flexibility.
Drive System
Each zone is equipped with 1.9″ diameter, 24-volt brushless rollers, supported by Poly-V or rubber O-bands for efficient load handling up to 75 lbs. MODO-LINK motor control modules manage speed, direction, and zero-pressure accumulation.
Control & Safety
The MODO-LINK controller dynamically adjusts to load changes with sensor-monitored product flow. The system includes optional emergency stop mechanisms, real-time monitoring, and protective frame covers for electrical components.
