Overview

The MODOROLL MDR FULL WIDTH BELT Intermediate Conveyor series is built for unmatched strength and reliability, featuring 190 conveyor frames constructed from 10-gauge steel. Designed for versatility, it includes adjustable roller heights and bolted frame couplers to handle demanding capacities. Each zone is individually belted for seamless conveyance, ensuring smooth and precise product flow throughout the system. The conveyor incorporates 1.9″ diameter, 24-volt brushless rollers, delivering efficient load handling up to 75 lbs with Poly-V or rubber O-bands.

Powered by MODO-LINK motor control modules, it ensures precision with dynamic speed and direction management, zero-pressure accumulation, and seamless modular integration with minimal tooling. The MODO-LINK controller adapts dynamically to changing loads, offering smooth operation and consistent performance, supported by sensors monitoring product flow.

Additional features include energy efficiency, easy installation, enhanced safety with optional emergency stop mechanisms, and real-time performance monitoring. For added protection, optional frame covers enclose electrical components, ensuring a clean and safe design. Its modular layout enables flexible configurations, making it an ideal fit for various industrial applications.
